2. Kickstarting your project

It’s now time to gather the necessary information to kickstart your project.

The first step will be to choose your management plan, select your hosting power, then fill out our onboarding form to the best of your knowledge. This will give us all the necessary information to connect with you and start working on your project. You can expect a follow up email from us within 24 hours (usually within 2 hours during our business hours).

We do our best to keep our onboarding process as simple as possible. That said, we welcome any questions you may have, and if you need assistance, don’t hesitate to start a chat or send us a message.

3. Billing

Once we have reviewed your project, we’ll set up your billing account.

All payment transactions are 100% secure and made through the Stripe gateway.

How do I manage my subscription?

As a fully managed service, managing your subscription is also part of our job. As always, you can reach us by chat or send us a message using our contact form.

4. Website Setup

Depending on if it’s a new website or migrating an existing one, the process is slightly different. But in any case, once we receive all the necessary information, your job is done and you can focus your attention on your business.

We’ll set up your hosting account, create (or migrate) your WordPress installation, and add and configure any necessary plugins. (This may include, security hardening, speed optimization, SEO, etc.)

Once your website is ready, we’ll get in touch and provide you with all the information needed to access it.

5. Support & Management

From there, the website is yours. We’ll maintain your WordPress installation and, depending on your management plan, we can even administrate it for you.

Although our management services include some design, designing and developing a complete website is a whole different process.
